Elizabethtown, NY — BOQUET RIVER ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING

The Boquet River Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 9th at the Elizabethtown Social Center at 7626 NYS Route 9.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm with the election of at-large board members and officers and a slide show on BRASS’ 2011 activities. The primary focus of the meeting will be on the process to update the Boquet River Watershed Management Plan after Tropical Storm Irene and the importance of community involvement.
BRASS members and the general public are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be available.

The Boquet River Association is a membership-based, volunteer-oriented nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of water and life in the watershed, which runs from the Adirondack High Peaks to Lake Champlain.
